We are all spark seekers. We look for the lost sparks that G-d scattered through out the world in the beginning of time. We don’t have too see them but, when we do ratzon Hashem in places their located, we unlock their potential. You see their all hiding under these shells called klippot. And when we do a mitzvah (G-ds divine will) we brake this shell. The lights we find has our name written on it. And once discovered they become absorbed into us, and go back to the greater Whole. All life long

Repeat to your self when you start feeling down when you should be up that “ I have thoughts but I am not my thoughts”. Remind your self, your in control of how you feel and no one can change that unless u let them. Your thoughts, no matter how far they may wonder, don’t designate who you are. Only you do.
